Nostalgia Entertainment, an Adelaide independent record label mostly involved with hip hop, has curated this Monday’s 6-hour jam, streaming live with video at www.soundpond.net . FT 4 hrs of live performance, exclusive debut track releases, 1 hour of a back-catalogue journey, a live funk/soul/guitar sesh, and a Faint One Turntablism set.

Officially launched in February 2011 with the release of “The Sampler” (part one of a three-part series), Nostalgia Entertainment has set about their music and business with a DIY mentality and open arms. Having already collaborated with a variety of musical genres, their hip hop roots have been spreading and growing quickly. With a focus on professional, live shows and quality releases, Nostalgia have set themselves up for a big second half of 2012 and beyond. Official members of Nostalgia Entertainment are Grifters Inc, DJ Faint One, Dynamic Methods and Tandem Run.

Funk and soul singer Abbey is taking on a full hour with her acoustic guitar and incredible voice.  She’s also backing singer for Irie Knights and God God Dammit Dammit.
