Time flies when you’re having fun! It’s hard to believe it was over 2 years ago that Matt Abstrax brought TechPhonics to Soundpond.net, giving the respected series of techno and tech house parties a place to call home on a weekly basis.
This Monday we celebrate 2 years of TechPhonics on Soundpond.net and say a massive thanks to Matt Abstrax, the rest of the TechPhonics crew and all of the amazing, dedicated DJs from Adelaide and beyond who have joined the show for a guest mix over the past two years.

Devious vs Phil Walls aka Turbofunk
Turbo-Funk is the guise of Adelaide based dj/live act duo, DJ Devious and Phil Walls.
Devious is a stalwart of the South Australian techno scene and Walls, an ex-pat techno DJ/producer from the UK, has had releases on labels such as Primate, Yin Yang and Player. What a combo! They describe their sound as “funky techno with a nod to the minimal stuff… but not too much”.

TechPhonics head honcho. Purveyor of deep rolling techno and chunky tech house, party promoter extraordinaire, and host of the TechPhonics show on Soundpond for more than 2 years. PhilDdrumz joins Matt to bring the heat with his electronic percussion – check out this duo!
