Tutorial : Fixing Headphone Jack on Pioneer DJM 800 mixer

Problem : Headphone jack fallen into the mixer, is loose, or no longer works.
Solution : Remove faceplate, remove top plate, retrieve or replace headphone jack.
Time taken : Approx 20 minutes.
